I couldn’t decide on drawing Luigi or Link, so I compromised. They both wear green, so that means they are pretty much the same, right?
Originally I was going to do a Luigi-fied Link stomping on Goombas, too, but my lunch break is ending. Maybe tomorrow.

Link is always being rudely awoken at the beginning of Zelda games. All the boy wants is a nap. Too bad.

It is International Talk Like a Pirate Day! Here is a pirate.
I was going to draw Tula from The Pirates of Dark Water, but no one else seems to remember that cartoon. It existed, I promise! It had pirates and creepy bird sidekicks and evil… water. I don’t remember why the water was evil, but it was.
I mapped the “Horizontal Flip” action to my F2 key in Photoshop today. Now I can see how wonky my sketches are with a single button. Handy! And upsetting. Mostly handy, though.
I also started using that TumblrMSG thing, because I am a born follower. Also, let me just keep talking about things that are not related to this sketch at all. That is cool.

Phwaaaa, what a week! Apologies for the lack of pictures lately. It’s been busy, busy, busy. And it’s going to get even busier since my Ma is flying into town for my birthday this weekend (we are going to do hokey touristy stuff around LA - I am excited).
If you’ve e-mailed me about commissions (there are still some I have to respond to - sorry about that!), they are still open! I just won’t have any time to draw until next week. So for the few of you waiting, thank you for being patient - you are awesome. <3

I picked up my E3 Badge Holder today, oh man oh man (that is my cat Wesker with said badge - she has great timing when I am taking pictures). I made really attractive nerding out noises when I realized it came with:
- a Catherine card (Atlus, I love yoooou)
- a Zelda: 25th Anniversary/Skyward Sword lanyard (!!!)
And then I made even more creepy squeeing noises while wandering through the Convention Center halls (“YOU GUYS there is a Skyrim banner there!! OH SHIT that is a giant Ezio face…!”). I think I am going to spontaneously combust come Tuesday. Hopefully after I get my hands on some more swag.
OH and if anyone else is coming to that pre-E3 Destructoid party tonight, I will be the chick in the Doctor Cat shirt. You should come and say hi! I will awkwardly say hi back and it will be great.
